New Insight into Magnetic Enhanced Methane Production from Oily Sludge via Mesophilic Anaerobic Degradation Processes

Anaerobic digestion is a promising technology for treating and disposing of oily sludge, but the presence oil in sludge reduces methane production volume reduction. To overcome this limitation, study creatively reports use magnetite to enhance mesophilic anaerobic elucidates underlying mechanism.
